Phil Hobbs
Yorkshire born artist, Phil Hobbs has lived and worked as a painter in the English Lake District for 50 years. Working predominantly in pure watercolour, he has participated in many national exhibitions and held a number of solo shows in the UK, USA and Europe. His time more recently is divided between painting in the UK and Italy. He is a past President and an Honorary life member of the Lake Artists Society.
Recently, Phil has created a series of dry-point etchings. Drypoint etchings are original prints not reproductions, having been manually created by the artist. Each piece is hand crafted and no two pieces are quite the same.
