Always fascinated by archaeology and ancient cultures, Geoff Cox gained a degree in Three Dimensional Design in Buckinghamshire in the 1960s. He specialised in Silversmithing/Metalwork but clay was always his first love.

In 1985, after 13 years as a teacher he became a full time potter and sculptor. Since then Geoff has exhibited his ceramics throughout the UK, all over Europe and as far as Japan.

Lately, Geoff has been experimenting with bronze. He is using the ‘lost wax’ process as a tribute to the ancient cultures that so inspired him. We are pleased to feature a selection of his semi-abstract figurative bronzes, as well as his busts in bronze and in clay.
