The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Name
- Contact details (including address, phone numbers and email address)
- Purchase details
- Website usage statistics
We do not store any credit or debit card details.
How we get your personal information and why we collect it
The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To fulfil your online purchase
- For our own internal sales records
- To add your personal details to our mailing list, using a third-party service called MailChimp, which may then be used to send you promotional emails about the gallery.
- To contact you in response to your query
With the exception of supplying your name, address and contact details to a courier in order to deliver your purchase, we do not share your details with anyone.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time by contacting us at gallery@ocg-arts.com, calling 015394 32022 or selecting ‘unsubscribe’ on any emailed mailing from us.
(b) We have a contractual obligation.
How we store your personal information
We take reasonable management, technical and physical steps to ensure that your personal data is protected and used only for the specified purposes described above.
We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described.
We use Stripe, which is a third-party service, to process your online payments. Stripe is a fully Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant provider, which means your card details and payment are processed and stored securely. We have no access to this information.
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous details about visitors to our website. These details help us to assess how the site is working and to improve it for future users. They cannot be used to identify an individual.
