30th Anniversary Charity Auction: Terms & Conditions

1. Participants (Bidders) in the auction must be aged 18 or over.

2. All bids for Lots must be placed online and Bidders will need to register on our website in order to bid. Gallery staff can provide assistance with this where required.

3. The auction will begin at 00.01 on June 1 2024 and end at 20.00 on September 30 2024. You may bid for one or more Lots during this time.

4. By bidding, you agree that a contract and obligation to pay the purchase price exists if your bid for any Lot is the highest at the end of the auction.

5. You must ensure that you have the means to pay the purchase price if your bid is the highest. An email will be sent to you with a link to make payment. If no payment is received within three days of the auction ending, we reserve the right to offer the Lot to the next highest bidder.

6. If you need to cancel a bid during the auction, please contact us at gallery@ocg-arts.com

7. We reserve the right to withdraw any lot during the auction in the event that we are no longer able to offer it, for example in the event of loss or damage.

8. Refunds can only be made where a Lot has been misdescribed or misrepresented during the auction. Images and a description are provided for each Lot and all are available for physical inspection in the gallery during normal business hours.

9. Shipping is charged separately and is not part of the bid price. Shipping will be calculated at the time of payment. Alternatively, all Lots will be available for free collection from the gallery after the end of the auction.

10. During the auction, we will use your email address to update you regarding the administration of your bid and to inform you if you have successfully won any Lots.
